Fit Dad — Privacy Policy

Fit Dad is a simple workout tracker. This page explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can remove it.

What we collect

• Email address — used only to sign you in (via a one-time emailed link or password) and to identify your account.
• Workout data — the exercises, weights, reps, and dates you log while using the app.
• Notification preference — if you turn on push notifications in Settings, we store a randomly generated topic name used to deliver them. No personal data is included in this.

We don't collect location, contacts, photos, or any device identifiers beyond what's needed to keep you signed in.

How it's used

Solely to run the app: authenticating you, saving your workouts, and showing you your own progress over time. We don't use your data for advertising, don't build behavioral profiles, and don't sell or share it with data brokers.

Who your data is shared with

• Supabase (our backend provider) stores your account and workout data. They act only as our data processor.
• ntfy.sh — only if you enable notifications in Settings. Your device sends a short message (e.g. "Workout finished") to a randomly generated, unguessable topic on their public service. No account or workout details are included in that message beyond what you see in the notification text.

We don't use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data retention

Your data is kept until you delete it. You can permanently delete your account and every workout you've logged at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Children

Fit Dad is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
